Estate Settlement:

Lastly, help and assist your loved ones during the "settlement" process.  We do this by preparing any tax returns the estate or trust may need as well as any final personal tax returns that may still be due.  Additionally, we provide legal document services for any legal forms you may need to file, including probate and the affiliated forms associated with probate, as well as empowerment forms needed to establish yourself as the Personal Representative of the Will for the deceased estate owner.
