In Memory of Those Who Have Passed On...

In remembrance of clients that have passed on, I would like to honor them here.  We now have over 75 legacy portfolio clients who have not survived this past 11 years.  I have lost a 90+ former New York fireman, a late 70's Pearl Harbor survivor, an oilman still in his 40's, as well as many others in their 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's, thus causing their surviving loved ones to use our estate settlement services.

On a Friday in May, 1990, I got a call from a cancer specialist who told me my biopsy was positive and that if I didn't have immediate surgery for removal of my "melanoma", I most likely would not survive very long!  It is obvious that I was fortunate to have survived my bout with the big "C" and I am glad to say I have been cancer free for over a decade!

I hope you haven't had that kind of call for yourself or a loved one.  If you have, and you lost someone you love, my heart goes out to you for the emotions that incident forced you to experience.  The sorrow and grief, despair, actual physical or mental pain, anguish, the loneliness, the depression, the frustration, the anger, etc. are all emotions commonly experienced when one loses a close loved one.

What may be most important to say in this section is to ask you to investigate our Certified Legal Document Services and consider executing proper documents here in Arizona while you are ALIVE, and hopefully in good health.  I have never met a successful person, money-wise, that was known as a "procrastinator".

If you want to read about the daily supply of published procrastinators, just turn to the "Obituary" page of your local paper.  Yes, it is still true that over 50% of those people listed passed away and never got around to drafting proper estate planning legal documents.  This increases the pain for their survivors and the frustration.  If you have lost a loved one and have been forced to endure extensive probate proceedings, you know EXACTLY what I mean!

Please take personal inventory and consider the cost of procrastination in this important area.  I can assure you that it is extremely likely that the cost to do "nothing" will be much higher and take a much higher toll on your survivors than the cost to employ our estate legal document creation services and pay for it while you are still here and well.  If you fail to plan your estate, it's true you won't have to pay for it while you're alive.  But your family and heirs will pay dearly in most cases.  So the old saying "pay me now, or pay me later" should ring true and motivate you to take care of business NOW!

After losing as many clients as we have, I can tell you that none of them went through probate for those that had our Legacy Living Trust Portfolio!  The low cost that was originally paid was a fraction of what it saved in mental strain and actual financial strain on surviving loved ones' pocket books.

Also, in case you are wondering, we are also available for estate settlement consulting for all ARIZONA residents, even if  your legal documents were prepared by another firm.
