FSI Clients Are the Best in the World!


Our clients are EXTREMELY important to us.  We value all client relationships we have had over the years.  No, we haven't kept everyone in our files.  Some leave our tax preparation services when they are enticed to buy their own tax software and do it themselves.  Most former clients have simply moved away or had a divorce or death in their family that caused them to drift away.  And of course, some have left us for reasons of their own, whether it be a personality conflict, a difference of opinion, price competition, or what not.   

But, we value all current and former client relationships.  Without all of them, we would not have survived our first few years of business (according to start up odds), let alone thrived for over 15  years!  So, we thank you out there throughout Arizona and beyond for choosing us to help you with your financial needs...even if you are no longer with us.  (Sadly, most of our "lost" clients are literally no longer with us -- because they died!!!)

Yet, we want to say a special "Thanks" for the 50+ clients that have  been with us long term and gained membership into our "Great Clients Club".   This club has privileges for FSI clients, but the one most important to clients is the "priority" treatment we give to our "Great Client" club members.

What does it take to get in this club? 
Well, first you have to start doing business with our firm in at least one category of financial services.  When you have engaged three (3) services* and remain active in those services, you are immediately sent a membership card to the "club".  AND, you are sent a $50 gift certificate to a  well known Arizona based restaurant, a symbol of our appreciation!  Ongoing benefits include fee discounts, priority servicing, special events, referral benefits, discounts with other firms, etc.

If you are now an FSI client but not in the "club", we invite you to take us on for a higher level of trust in your financial affairs or in referring those you care about most to experience our services as well.  If you are not a client yet, please give us a closer look.  We think all clients are great, and hope someday you will feel the same way about us! 

For some, an easier alternative option for membership is for you to engage at least one service and keep it active, then refer just two people who become new clients as well.
